Chad runs Level 1: entry IAM and CyberArk. He takes people with no tech background and builds the basics patiently: IT and Active Directory, core identity concepts, and your first hands-on privileged-access work. He assumes you're starting from zero.
His philosophy is simple: nobody moves up before the basics are solid. Chad owns the readiness gate. He signs off against a clear checklist, not a calendar, so you only advance when you can handle the deeper material.
Lance
Lance is a working identity and privileged-access engineer with enterprise and SOX-audit experience. He leads Level 2: advanced CyberArk, Okta, and Active Directory, plus the full GRC stack of SOX, HIPAA, and NIST. Taught from real practice, not slideware.
He also owns the part that turns skills into a job: your capstone, your resume and LinkedIn, interview prep, and the career work that gets you in front of employers. You work on real tooling and real evidence, so what goes on your resume is defensible, not fabricated.

Build the base
You start in Level 1 with Chad. He grounds you in IT and Active Directory fundamentals, core identity concepts, and your first hands-on CyberArk work, at a pace built for people changing careers into the field.
Earn the advance
When the fundamentals are genuinely solid, Chad signs off against a clear checklist and hands you up to Lance for Level 2. The advanced work, the GRC stack, the capstone, and the career phase all live there.

All the way to engineer, in about 12 months
The Engineer Track includes everything in the Analyst Track, then goes deeper into the build-side work: extensive one-on-one time with Lance, CyberArk implementation and automation, a real capstone under Privance you can list as experience, your resume and LinkedIn built for engineer roles, and active job-search support for as long as you stay a member.
